Aim High HVAC was so on top of it today! Our A/C went out today and of course the high was 100 (lol). They were able to come to our home within an hour, quickly identify the issue, and fix it within an hour. They were super knowledgeable and so professional. The AimHigh guys gave me a quote to fix my AC system and it was significantly lower than the other 2 companies I contacted. Then they showed up on time and stayed late to fix my system because it was going to be hot the next few days. A week later their Qualty Assurance guy Rex came to my house to ensure everything was working correctly.I had the best experience with Aim High. They are honest, skilled and professional. You cannot find a better company anywhere!

Aim High installed a furnace and water heater for me in November 2023. Great experience. Quality service and products. Very professional, cleaned up the work space and left it looking better than when they arrived.Just this week my AC stopped working and they came to check on it. Some minor adjustments were needed from the when the furnace was installed last winter. Their office responded to my calls promptly, and they were able to arrive and diagnose the problem quickly and make the fix. Best of all was that since the AC issue related to something with the furnace install last winter (that couldn’t be tested at that time) there was no charge for the AC fix. I feel Aim High and everyone who I have dealt with there is focused on doing a quality job for their clients. My experience has been that they are honest, fair, transparent, respectful and courteous. It’s nice to feel like I have someone I can call that I can trust and will do great work.

We have a 5,000 plus square foot home with dual heating and air conditioning systems. Tim and Glen, the owners at Aim High, suggested high-efficiency Amana heat pumps and inverters with backup furnaces for our home. This is a high-efficiency premium setup with smart thermostats -- the works. Tim and Glen also installed a humidifier and high-efficiency water heater. Our system has been in place for almost one year, and we love it! We are more comfortable; our bills are lower, and we never run out of hot water. We now consider Tim and Glen to be friends. They have our trust, and we don't think you can find a better HVAC contractor in the greater Denver area.

We had the unfortunate failure of our water heater after returning from vacation. AIM High was able to come out the next day and replace it the same day. They were able to offer us options and work to get us hot water the same day. We also called them back to maintenance our AC and they we happy to perform a full cleaning and inspection. The techs were amazing and even enjoyed our 3 dogs.
