I've been utilizing Aim High HVAC since 2019 for maintenance and service for 2 AC/Furnace units and now our tankless water heater. They have been reliable, honest, price competitive, and an absolute joy to work with. They show up on time every time, communicate effectively, and don't try to talk me into or charge me for stuff I don't need. I absolutely, highly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone who needs their services!!

AIM is my go for all HVAC services. Knowledgeable techs, great service, and fair prices. AIM recently replaced our furnace / AC… Very happy with the project — completed on time and in line with original estimate with no issues.

My heater stopped working when it was snowing, so I called Aim High, and they sent Rex out the same day. My control board had gone bad, so it was replaced the same day, and I had heat! Rex was very kind and professional. I would use Aim High HVAC again.

Andrew with Aim High was informative, respectful and communicated effectively during the repair process. After many bad experiences with prior companies with similar services, this one was different. He was even patient with our small dog who was a bit much. Great experience!

Our furnace wasn't working properly, it was shutting off and then wouldn't turn back on, and we were able to get a same day appointment. David was our technician and he was amazing! He showed up before our appointment window and very quickly went to work to figure out what was going on. He was transparent and braced us for the worst, but spent extra time troubleshooting to ensure he had all the answers for what was going on. I felt he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about his findings and our next steps. I was so appreciative and felt like he truly cared about helping us get things fixed, thank you!

What an amazing company! We have used this company before, and they were GREAT! But this time, it was next level! One of our customers had their pilot light in their furnace keep going out, so they called their H-VAC company out, and they said it was our fault for going out. And that's ok, we've made mistakes, and we fix them. So, I called Aim High and explained the situation. I told them that we were going to pay for the fix whether it was our fault or not. I just wanted the customer taken care of! Unto my surprise, when I received the invoice, it said, amount do ZERO!!! WOW!!! Thank you, Aim High HVac!! I look forward to using you exclusively!

David Reeg of AIM High performed our annual servicing for our HVAC and house humidifier systems. He showed up promptly right on time with a smile. He got right to work and carefully serviced our systems. He explained his findings clearly and made sure I understood everything. He was also sure to go through charges and discounts for being a member. He did an awesome job and we really appreciate his depth of knowledge, honesty, and friendly demeanor. We recently called Aim High HVAC after they were recommended by two neighbors. We were having problems with the furnace not always starting. A previous HVAC company tried to fix the problem but left with a solution that was essentially to buy a new furnace. Damien from Aim High checked our furnace quickly found that corrosion was blocking the flame from spreading across the burner. He cleaned the burner manifold and the problem was fixed.
But more than that, Damien also found that the original installer had not properly set up the furnace and thermostat for two-stage operation. It had been that way for seven years, ever since the original installation. Three previous HVAC companies, including the original installer, had never found this installation mistake. Our furnace had been limping along for seven years. So not only did Damien fix the failure to start problem, our furnace is now running much more efficiently and heating the house much better.

Fantastic company! Andrew took excellent care of us and our home. He was so friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our questions as well as our last minute request to install a smart thermostat.
