Aim High HVAC is AWESOME! Our AC was over 20 years old and was not keeping up with the heat. Chris from Aim High came out quickly to assess the situation and make recommendations. We thought we could just get away with replacing the AC unit, but he explained that the furnace that was put into our tri-level home was oversized and was not getting air properly around the cooling coils.
He explained that was why our upstairs was nearly 10 degrees hotter than everywhere else in our house. Long story short we opted for a new energy efficient heat pump system that will also lower our bills in the winter. Our house is so much cooler than before. The upstairs is now only 2 degrees warmer than the downstairs without any changes to our ductwork. Chris has been super helpful with rebates and tax credits for our new high efficiency system. It was not a cheap endeavor, but it was worth it to have them do it the right way. I am excited to see the monthly savings on our future energy bills.

Geo came out at the scheduled time to diagnose an issue with our air conditioner (which was on the fritz on the hottest day of the year). After some problem solving he was able to explain what he needed to do to fix it. He had it repaired within an hour. My dogs and I are grateful for his service today.

Jacob Courtois is very personable, conscientious, and highly skilled. He answered all my questions and taught me how to install my filter. The rare quality about him is his eye for detail (observant) and put things back exactly how I like them. He is definitely an asset to the amazing team at Aim High HVAC.

Aim High is the best! They put in a whole new system for me 2+ years ago. Every time I need anything now a friendly knowledgeable employee shows up and promptly takes care of me. You cannot beat their equipment or their service.

We had some issues with our A/C. these got resolved quickly, and for no additional charge during our annual maintenance. Very happy with the service and the results.

My ac install went great and at a good price. Tim answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The install looks very professional and clean. It has works well.

We were sweltering. AV went out. AIM HIGH sent Andrew out, gave us our options and fixed our ac. Great service rep.

Update: Andrew with Aim High came out to fix our water heater and A/C. He was able to fix both and was very kind. We truly appreciated it and will continue to use Aim High!
My heater stopped working when it was snowing, so I called Aim High, and they sent Rex out the same day. My control board had gone bad, so it was replaced the same day, and I had heat! Rex was very kind and professional. I would use Aim High HVAC again.

Recently had a/c serviced by Rex at AIM High. He was on time, let me know he was coming, explained the process and allowed me to ask questions. He explained the club membership changed. Overall a good experience

Andrew is polite, efficient and professional. He diagnosed my problem quickly and not only repaired it but will follow up. He also cleaned my air cleaner while waiting to confirm his repair worked. Purchasing the system from AIM High and allowing them to maintain it was a great decision.
