They really care about their workmanship and explaining what the customer needs to know, including why the old furnace had trouble and what we could do to better maintain our new one. We replaced our 18 year old furnace and A/C unit with Amana. Its quieter, more efficient, and I love that the fan runs 24/7 at lower speed all controlled by Nest. Having the fan run all day allows the house to be more evenly heated including our basement that was previously cold in the winter.
